3. Subscription Services
3.1 Cancellation of Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer service team. Upon cancellation:
- You will continue to have access to subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.
- Your subscription will not automatically renew for the next billing period.
- We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of the current billing period.
3.2 Refunds for New Subscriptions
For new subscriptions, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with our subscription service within the first 14 days, you may request a full refund by contacting our customer service team.
To qualify for this refund:
- Your request must be made within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase.
- You must provide a reason for your dissatisfaction to help us improve our services.
4. Consulting and Application Review Services
4.1 Cancellation Prior to Service Delivery
For consulting services and grant application reviews:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are not eligible for a refund.
4.2 Rescheduling Services
If you need to reschedule a consulting session or application review:
- Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will not incur any fees.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a rescheduling fee of 25% of the service cost.
4.3 Service Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our consulting and review services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of service provided:
- You must notify us within 7 days of service delivery.
- We will first attempt to address your concerns and may offer additional consultation time at no extra charge.
- If we cannot resolve your concerns, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion based on the nature of the issue.
5. Custom Research Reports
5.1 Cancellation of Custom Reports
For custom grant research reports:
- Cancellations made before we begin work on your report will receive a full refund.
- Once work has begun on your custom report, cancellations will receive a refund minus a 30% service fee to cover research already conducted.
- No refund will be provided once the final report has been delivered.
5.2 Report Quality Guarantee
If you believe your custom research report does not meet the agreed-upon specifications:
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the report.
- We will review your concerns and may revise the report at no additional cost.
- If we cannot meet the agreed-upon specifications after revision, we may offer a partial refund based on the specific circumstances.
6. Webinars and Workshops
6.1 Live Events
For live webinars and workshops:
- Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days but more than 48 hours before the event will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are not eligible for a refund but may transfer the registration to another person or a future event (if available).
6.2 Recorded Content
For pre-recorded webinars and workshops:
- We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the content.
- To qualify, you must have viewed less than 30% of the content and submit your request within 7 days of purchase.
